How to Sign Up

This is only about a 2-minute process, though you will need access to your email inbox.

1. Click Register.  Locate the “New User?” box on the right and click “Create Account”.
2. Fill in your email address and a secure password.
3. Check your email inbox.  Within 2 hours, click the link in the email you receive to confirm your account.  This will take you back to the website.  Confirm your password as prompted.
4. Click the “Family Information” link, and fill out your information in the Parent section. 
5. Optional:  You can specify a 2nd parent.  This will automatically allow the other parent to receive the same emails you receive.  If you respond yes to “invite this person to manage this account with you” then the other parent will also be able to log in and access the family directory.  
6. Fill out your Family Information Form.  Whether you are faculty or a parent, you will not receive any emails from this tool until you fill this out.   
7. Fill out the Directory & Publish Preferences form.  You are in control of what is shared (or not) in our school contacts directory. 

 All done! 

What You Can Now Access

You have been automatically subscribed to the all-school newsletter as well as per-teacher and class distributions.  You can opt out anytime in your account settings or by clicking Unsubscribe on an email.  You can also see past emails you may have missed by looking under My Account then My Newsletters.

You have also been automatically subscribed to your class and grade level Message Boards, as well as the all-school one.  Check out Message Boards in the top menu to see yours.

Within one day you will be approved by an admin to access the Family Directory once we confirm your affiliation with Glendale.

Note:  A Membership Toolkit smartphone app is available for both iPhone and Android.  This is optional.
